Support Brisbane’s talented emerging composers as their works are premiered by Queensland Symphony Orchestra.
Queensland Symphony Orchestra’s "COMPOSE - Symphony for Tomorrow" program connects secondary school students with professional composers and performers and provides opportunities for young people to improve their knowledge and skills in orchestral composition.
The concert, conducted by Gordon Hamilton, will also feature Peter Sculthorpe’s Earth Cry and a discussion on composition techniques between program facilitator Craig Young, Gordon Hamilton, and composition students.
