Sheet Music: Performance PartsWhere is everybody? : for recorder and accordion / Andrea Keller.by Andrea Keller (2014)
|
Product details
The piece is inspired by an article titled "The Fermi Paradox: Where the Hell Are the Other Earths?"
It details various theories and speculations on why we haven't found any other life in the universe.
Lots of numbers (big numbers) are mentioned in reference to potentially how many other Earth-like planets there could be out there. The theories seem to me to travel in circles, snowballing to monumental quantities, only to leave us still without answers and ultimately alone.
