Work Overview
Generally very lyrical writing, with the occasional energetic 'sound-effect' improvisations. These sections are not very difficult; one can simply play, repeat and chop up the motifs provided, or omit them altogether.

Difficulty: Advanced — Some tricky triplet passage work in 7/8 and 9/8 time. Difficulty is not so much 'virtuosic' writing, rather the time signatures. Options for improvisation are included, which if not appropriate, can be omitted.

Ambient lyrical sound, with occasional gentle Balkan rhythms. One section/movement is loosely based on a Serbian folk melody.
