The styles employed combine contemporary experimental with contemporary popular forms. There is a strong working of rhythmic structures throughout combined with a more plaintive or quasi sentimental notion. These extremes are underpinned with a driving sense of passionate purpose referencing styles of violin playing such as used in Tango and American country music.
